Coastal Carolina hired Ryan Beard from Missouri State where he went 7-5 in 2025 in the Bears first season in the #FBS. Beard wasted no time on the job in Conway by signing the BEST RECRUITING CLASS EVER In Chanticleers History in 2026 by AVG Recruit Ranking. The 84.32 AVG was 0.33 points higher than the 2025 class and slightly better than the 2023 & 2024 class. 3 star Safety Zeke Marshall from Rabun Gap GA is the prized addition for CCU, he's 6'4 and has the skills to contribute early. 3 star EDGE Aiden Parker is a big addition from Alabama and 3 star CB Michael Knight is a solid addition. Coach Beard is off to an impressive start before even coaching his first game.
