Huge shoutout to thewinchesterinstitute.com - I was doing the same morning workout I’ve done for decades when I felt my back seize up. Tried to stand; fell to the floor. Assumed “throwing my back out” would never happen to me. Well, it has. And, I’m vertical (for now)! 🙏🏻
