My hot take on Goodfellas. It's a great movie, and it has so many iconic moments and lines, and every time Robert DeNiro and/or Joe Pesci are on the screen, the movie is magic. But when they're not on the screen, it drags, it's too long and Casino is better.

If you script X amount of plays to run in a group or team period, run them and move on. Reloading each play that’s not executed perfectly until they’re perfect kills practice tempo.

Pre game warm up is entirely too long. And it’s more for the coach’s mental benefit so he can feel good about it and check that box. Even worse is when warm ups are over, teams go back indoors to sit around for 20-30+ minutes before going back out to play the actual game.
