I just finished an offensive line manual I wish I had early in my career.
Not more plays. Not more scheme.
Just a simple system:

– Combos
– Fixes
– Friday adjustments
No fluff.

@CDonnick1 @FieldGulls One end can speed rush, the other has to collapse the pocket. Both Mafe and Lawrence got ran by the play there, which was the problem

Mafe CANNOT speed rush on 3rd and long like that and take himself out of the play.
When you rush 4 you gotta slowly push that pocket on Brock and swallow him up, can’t let him escape and use those quick little legs man.

@geoffschwartz All 3 phases of the game matter. Rams kicked touchbacks all game and Seahawks had great starting field position. Seahawks coverage team played great. Seahawks housed a punt, Rams missed a FG. That’s the difference in the game

I don’t know how to explain this Seahawks win because I think the Rams are better. But in the end Seattle won. -3 in turnovers, almost 200 less yards, worse on third down, etc … but got the win.

That 2 pt attempt they overturned could help determine the 1 seed in the NFC. Don’t like it but can’t change it now.

Somebody needs to give @DirciNgondo a chance to play at the next level! He’s as hard of a worker as they come, a freaky athlete, and most importantly, a really high character kid. No doubt in my mind he will come in and grind and make your program better

Illustrating rubber band effect in NFL: EPA per play increase when trailing and decreasing while leading Rubber band also happen in basketball, hockey etc as well and it counteract the effect of "momentum" so teams still perform worse for every point their scored
