The @CaliforniaPUC already slashed the value of clean energy investments. AB942 goes even further; breaking promises, raising bills, and giving more power to the utilities that helped write the rules.

These were long-term agreements signed in good faith — and now the state wants to rip them up to pad the utilities’ pockets.
