Been seeing (still) a lot of negative feelings towards their decision or not understanding how this can be a game changer for indie animation just proves to me people don’t care about creators being successful to make more good content. Gonna rant about it

@k1r1aa @rainey_kins @LeaC_Official Bro, i would have to go to the US to see this thing, I would also have to deal with all of those issues once I am in the US, only that I would have to book a flight, take days off work, pay for a hotel, I don't even have a drivers licence to get around there.

One thing that bothers me about the Glitch discourse is people dismissing the opinions of people who live in the Americas. Folks do realize not all of us live in highly populated areas, right? The closest theater to me that is showing it is like three hours away.

I am so, so, SO disappointed in how younger generations have been treating indie artists lately. I saw someone call the idea of having indie animation in cinemas "dystopian". What in the world?? You want them to depend on YouTube? On GOOGLE? The entitlement is staggering...

Never even claimed that it is resonable to you, just that my options are arguably worse. What is your point?

It's the fact that your instinct on this post was to imply that OP could just "drive 3 hours" that I have an issue with.

I think the theater release is a stupid decision that will ruin the finale for most fans in general. I'm just sick of the americans who are able to go telling me i'm not allowed to say that

Big Animation Discourse Day, time to weigh in: Avatar movie looks fucking outstanding but the leak sucks. So does Paramount. TADC being in theaters is a good thing and the kids complaining don't care about creators, they just want monkeys to dance for them. Invincible is good.
