Waitrose too… Rapeseed is now in everything. This seed oil was originally developed as an engine lubricant. It should not be in our food..It causes inflammatory conditions…Check your icecream etc.. Many recipes for many processed foods contain it.

Was booking tickets for Edinburgh Zoo this weekend. Noticed people on Universal Credit get a discounted rate. Adult ticket: £30. Adult ticket (UC): £8. A 73% difference. No shade to people on UC. But why are we being punished for having a job?

I own a small 24/7 Gym in the north of England ...this is how much it roughly costs to run. Rent: £2500pm Electric: £200pm Gas: £100pm (average) Water:£30pm Insurance: £70pm Website/sign-up forms: £30pm PT booking system: £40pm Internet: £50pm This is before things like new equipment, equipment servicing, toilet rolls, cleaning supplies ect It's well over £3000 per month before iv started taking a wage and paid tax ect. This is obviously very modest compared to some businesses but it is all relative of course. Sometimes I do wish I embraced the 9-5 life 😂.
