➡️ Se va cumpliendo nuestra tesis de los bonos en Vodafone Ziggo, una de las principales posiciones en #Horos Patrimonio. Liberty Global $LBTYA compra el 50% restante a Vodafone y publica los planes para su fusión con Telenet y posterior spin off con listado en la bolsa en 2027. 👉Lo interesante para los bonistas es que dan un importante guidance de reducción de deuda, el objetivo es hacer una IPO con menos deuda, y cancelan el dividendo que hasta ahora se distribuía la matriz. Además el accionista ha pagado por el 50% restante de Ziggo un EV sustancialmente mayor al montante de la deuda, lo que confirma y respalda el valor de los activos de la compañía. Lo normal sería ver una compresión de la yield( hoy >7% en el vencimiento a 2030) por el importante “derisking” de esta situación especial en bonos. #valueinvesting

Dicen que el tiempo coloca todo en su sitio, pero con el value investing es demoledor. Gestamp es claramente una compañía del tipo Value investing que con el tiempo va reduciendo ese gap que el mercado nos regala entre precio y valor.

Interesting comments on Zegona #ZEG (in Dutch): - Company is doing well operationally - Worst company ever in communication with shareholders, but they have to give an update to the market in July - The Spanish M&A market leaks like a sieve: the share price often jumps up or down in response, usually after one party leaks something to the press - Key for the investment case is getting rid of the prefs. Key for this is actually the dividend recap they did of the FiberCo, more important than how big of a piece they sell and at which price they sell. - This has already derisked the investment case. 700p per share now for this company is a way different bet than the option like pay-out you had earlier at 200-350p - The question is not IF they can redeem the pref shares, but WHEN - PT of 1400-1500p in 12 months, at "normal" telco multiple
