I’m so tired it feels like my brain is running on 1% battery… but I’m still shipping. 18–22 hour days, every day, trying to get UltraKingdoms live. It’s a weird place where you can debug something insanely complex… then stare at a simple message like it’s written in another language. Time stops being “days.” It becomes “before the build” and “after the build.” Wins feel too small. Setbacks feel personal. And the smallest doubt hits harder because you don’t have energy left to absorb it. But the closer we get to launch, the more that stubborn fire kicks in. Not because it’s healthy. Because it’s the finish line. We’re almost there. No hype. Just work. 🛠️🔥
