@Revolver9060 @DudespostingWs First, it was lift with the legs, not the back; putting load on the spine was dangerous. Then, we realized we need to strengthen our backs, but keep that spine neutral/straight when loaded. Finally, we've recognized training loaded bending gives extra resilience

@PicturesFoIder Some people are filming their lifts to look for technique issues or to figure out what muscles are limiting their main lifts. Yes, there's a lot of abuse, but I've seen some people with permanently-awful lifting technique that just have no idea, because they never filmed

@AFpost interesting his gun did not cycle he had to manually rack the round . this tells me that the round did not have enough power to cycle the gun , i am guessing having an under power round with a suppressor would make no sound at all .. the assessing knew what he was doing .
