The First Amendment is fake. The Second Amendment is fake. First Amendment organizations are fake. Second Amendment organizations are fake. A Black guy verbally threatened a White guy, then physically attacked him. The White guy shot him, and now the White guy is up on attempted murder charges. Everyone is justifying the attack on the White guy based on words he said at times and places other than that of the scene where he was attacked and defended himself with a firearm. Not a single First or Second Amendment organization has offered support for the White victim of Black violence and anti-White prosecutorial and judicial malfeasance. White people are regularly persecuted for both speech and self defense. The government that's supposed to secure our rights violates them, and the private institutions that promise to defend our rights are nowhere to be found when they're needed most. Does anyone know why there’s an emphasis on only using your weapon in a self defense scenario as a last resort? Because bullets don’t always hit their intended target. Reports are Chud fired 4-5 shots and only hit Fox twice. The other rounds hit buildings and ricocheted off the sidewalk. Imagine if one of them hit and killed an innocent bystander, a child, or if you’re one of Chuds followers God forbid it hit a white person. The right to bear arms doesn’t give you the right to be reckless with a firearm. The second amendment was created to arm citizens in case we needed to fight against a tyrannical government, and because of that we should be armed at all times, and well trained to use those firearms responsibly in case revolution becomes duty. In addition, but separately, we have a right to defend ourselves from threats of violence from other citizens, because we have an inalienable right to life. If you understand the second amendment, you understand your weapon should only be used for two things. The government attempting to take your liberty, or another person attempting to take your life. People can speculate all they want to about the situation with Dalton Eatherly, aka ChudtheBuilder, and Joshua Fox, but the surveillance video was used in determining who was at fault and that’s why Dalton was charged like he was, not because they’re trying to make an example out of him, because they’re oppressing him and his rights, or whatever goofy claims his followers are saying. Here’s the deal: Dalton’s whole schtick was people shouldn’t react over words. They were in a verbal altercation. If Dalton went to draw his weapon and threatened to use it because of “words”, it’s very plausible that Fox reacted to save his own life. If someone draws a weapon on you or is attempting to, your true “fight or flight” instinct will kick in. That video will eventually surface, and maybe even the livestream. But right now, it’s clear that Dalton was at fault here according to authorities and because he shot sporadically, hitting Fox, himself, and other buildings in the area where people walk to/from and work in, that’s why Dalton’s bond is so high: he’s a public danger and liability. This is the President of the United States. Publicly trashing members of his own party because they didn't fall in line. Not debating their positions. Not explaining why they're wrong. I remember reading the charging document for George Zimmerman, which made all sorts of similar claims, NOT ONE OF WHICH WAS EVEN ARGUED, MUCH LESS PROVEN, AT TRIAL. Prosecutors lie in charging documents all the time, just to secure the trial for the defendant, and I've never ONCE in 35 years practicing law seen them held accountable for this conduct. By the time it's exposed the trial is already underway, everybody shrugs, it's just water under the bridge.
