That Verstappen vs Haase battle is exactly why people say F1 doesn’t hit the same anymore. When drivers can’t even fight because of energy limits, you’ve lost the essence of motor racing.

@66blomqvist Being a Max fan is one of the hardest things to do. We take a break from F1 to enjoy GT racing, we can't even celebrate Max winning because some haters will bring all sorts of downplaying to discredit him. In F1 we complain of our predicaments we are whining.

Max fans are truly hideously clueless about SportsCar racing and it shows.

@Eng_Mbuvi @Kalasinga_ That Audi had a better straightline speed than the Merc and he was racing a more experienced GT racer with experience from 2009. Max teammates were against less experienced drivers in their stint.

@Kalasinga_ Indeed but he needs Nurburgring experience for the 24 hour race. His first stint once that Audi passed him, it took a lot to regain the position.

@hi3ut Did well but drove against less experienced drivers on their stint compared to Max. Max last stint nearly doubled their combined gap when he took over.
