The party I voted for didn’t win because rural areas tend to vote UCP.
It doesn’t mean my vote didn’t count, just that there were more people who don’t feel the way I do.
I can be unhappy about it, but it’s not undemocratic

Until Quebec is removed as a federal party only representing one province, there’s no actual democracy in Canada. How can a party having over 30 federal seats and representing only 1 province have a say in what happens to the rest of Canada?

@ReviewOfHockey I think players and teams have to understand the difference between a top end AA kid and a lower/middle AAA kid isn’t much. Might just be dependent on where you played last year. Kids get labeled AAA or AA. Tough to change that.

The reality is that the tax rate for middle class Canada is really 50% or more when you include income tax, HST/GST, carbon tax, fuel tax, liquor tax, property tax, fees/charges for govt services, license fees, airport taxes etc etc etc
