@mpho_seremane @nokwandamhlong0 Not sure if “unfair” is the proper wording. I’d say strategic. And eliminating those bases is much easier said than done. On top of civilians, there’s also the threat of the countries those bases reside in. Not many are comfortable having ICBM’s flying into their country.
