@Brandibuilds Try switching to flavored seltzers like Polar or La Croix. Definitely helps me from staying away from sodas. Far better than soda for your body but provides some taste and carbonation still

I stopped drinking Soda/Pop over 2 months ago.
Last week i gave into my weakness and drank a few bottles of soda.
Since Monday, I am back to drinking water
Its difficult because i HATE water with a passion, but I'm doing it to improve my health.
