@Olav_Mol Met de auto's valt prima te racen, Hamilton v Leclerc en Verstappen tegen de Haases en Alpines waren goede gevechten. Puur de gp zelf was vandaag niet zo slecht. Superclipping en de overtake mode moeten wel aangepakt worden, want daar zit weinig 'racen' in.

@natesaundersF1 Absolutely, it's just about having a full battery. The way Russell just boosts past someone halfway down the straight is just comical. There's potential though, dial out the superclipping and remove the overtake mode and it could be much better

@F1 @Gatorade This is not racing, this is battery management GP. Why would I even bother for qualifying when drivers are slowing down 500 meters before the corner? These current regs are a proper joke, everyone saw it coming and they need to be changed ASAP

@SimplyGregster @LucasdiGrassi Did you watch the remaining 48 laps too, when the drivers figured out the management part? A much faster Russell wasn't able to pass Leclerc, and Verstappen wasn't able to get by Norris either. The only thing that matters is having a charged battery, and that's not racing

The whole concept is wrong. F1 should be about maximum performance. For example: minimum car weight without hybrid or electric. If the team WANTS to add the electric to add performance that’s on top of the minimum weight. They would add only if adds performance. The whole criterium for the rule definition and the axioms used are wrong .

Het is dat @ReneHoogterp en @HenriFaun het goed in de smiezen hebben, maar deze IndyCar race is nauwelijks te volgen. Werkelijk nul informatie op de broadcast, geen idee wie waar ongeveer ligt. Voor 2026 is het bijna schandalig te noemen.

Adrian Newey on the @AstonMartinF1 AMR26: "That vibration into the chassis is causing a few reliability problems. Mirrors falling off, tail lights falling off, all that sort of thing, which we are having to address. But the much more significant problem with that is that that vibration is transmitted, ultimately into the driver's fingers. So Fernando is of the feeling that he can't do more than 25 laps consecutively before he will risk permanent nerve damage into his hands. Lance is the opinion that he can't do more than 15 laps before that threshold."
