Like I mentioned on Twitter a few days ago, this is why it didn't matter if he was giving away part or all of the money to charity. Now he's ending the "TechnoLarp" era, but he's still profiting by having a huge audience built on it.

@Spintown Well, that would leave more to speculation, I think I remember him saying that he would not monetize on his channel anymore, not sure if it's true, at least he will stop larping as Technoblade, which is understandable, not sure how much he can get from this on the long run

@Cogito_Null It's still very beneficial. The following count by itself gets you free ranks & shit on servers. I know a lot will stop following, but I bet he keeps more than you think. He probably gained enough to keep monitization on his YT if he didn't have it prior.
