@CoinCornerHelp hey I’m helping a friend withdraw btc to their cold storage. I know fees vary but she can’t seem to withdraw £200. Is that essentially too small an amount?

@OpenECommunity @CoinCorner Hi Matthew. I'm assuming when you refer to a withdrawal are you meaning a bitcoin buy? We have a platform limit of £250k but can arrange an OTC for that size.

@CoinCorner How can I see Liquidity on CoinCorner? I.e. for example: Can you afford a withdrawal of say a million in a single day? Or should an OTC agreement be made?

@CoinCorner where do I find the cashback settings in the app? It's not in settings.

@BTC_IS_BETTER Hi. If you select 'Bitcoin' from the dropdown menu it will show all you BTC transactions and then when you click on the one you want it will show the ID. You can then click on that and it will take you directly to the transaction on the Block Explorer.

Bitcoin buy functionality is currently unavailable for iOS app users, whilst we await approval from Apple for an app update. We hope this will be resolved soon. In the meantime users can still complete bitcoin buys via the website. Android app users are unaffected.

@CoinCorner in january, UK regs will require #bitcoin buyers to prove their knowledge. Will you be offering a course to teach your customers the required knowledge?

@saoulidisg @CoinCorner Hi George. I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean. A card linked to a CoinCorner account would continue to work with that account unless disabled by the user. Might be easier to drop us an email to support@coincorner.com and we can look into what the issue is.

@CoinCornerHelp @CoinCorner Yeap, that seems to be the case. Boltcard is now useless, and it also doesn't work with the coincorner app on a btcpayserver POS. I'm not going to use that service anymore.

Apparently once I write a boltcard with @CoinCorner app then I can't wipe it again with another app? Why is that? It doesn't show as locked.

@saoulidisg @CoinCorner If you scan the card using an app like NFC Tools it will show as starting 'lnurlw:' if written to as a debit card.

@saoulidisg @CoinCorner It would depend how you've written to it. If you've used as a gift card it can be re-used but if set up as a debit card on your CoinCorner account it can't as it's written to differently with a dynamic tag to prevent relay attacks and can't be re-written.
