Hello @Coinbase, I have spoken highly about you in the past, but I also have to share the other experiences. This one has been horrible. An email chain (21 messages) that has lasted over the course of 2 weeks. The solution is really a yes or no answer, instead I have been looped around multiple times. Different agents, different solutions, when trying said solution, it doesn't work, agent gets confused, tries something else, etc. It is extremely frustrating and a waste of valuable time and energy. You are one of the largest centralized exchanges, holding millions, billions, of user funds. The customer service that is associated with it, just does not match. As someone who has holds a good amount here, I do not feel safe to continue to do so. What happens if my funds get stuck? What if I need a simple question solved. What if one of these agents does something that just does not make sense and my account(s) get paused? These are the questions I and many others ask when we have to deal with this. Please improve your customer support team. Many people trust and love your product. Allow them to continue to do so. Thank you, A Coinbase Customer
