Had my first “fraud claim” while using the $HOOD Gold card. Noticed this weird $20 dollar charge from “Ooredo”, which after looking into them is apparently some telecom company in the Middle East…
Within a few days, Robinhood support had investigated my claim and refunded me back the money. Overall a super smooth and frictionless experience.
