@recon2006 ECA wallet is empty due the hack. So if we open withdraws wont progress and will be stuck at almost done.

@Coinhouseu Firstly thanks for the update but can you explain what you mean when you say "will be opened when filled"?

ECA and other currently closed coins for withdraw/deposit will be opened when the wallet are filled to process withdrawals. These will be closed when the wallets are out of coins.

Currently we provide less to none support. For questions we do ask the developers of each coin to make a list with question and send these to us. This is because we are busy with the refund program.

@Coinhouseu Withdraw button on deposit/withdraw screen was lighter grey, but when I manually typed in the link everything worked. Thanks for the communication though 👍🏼 It could just be on my side

@FunkDonny When you look above in your browser you see 3 points above each other (settings) click on that and zoom out.

@electralance We neither were aware of stolen coins we thought about a bug. After this we were already to late to do any action against it.

@Coinhouseu When I click the plus sign I get a blue box, no drop down or options. Also my transaction on the site stopped at 3 confirmations. On blockchain.info there's 1374 confirmations for the transaction

@chuckkie81 Yes bitcoin withdrawals are open only when you try to withdraw more than what is available in the wallet it will get stuck but paid as soon as possible.
