Thanks to the tenacity of Rob Riddell in pursuing a complaint via the ICO the PFEW have been forced, through gritted teeth and much resistance, to publish the salary details and appointment rational for the CEO. Remuneration for the first full year was £342,000 plus a 100% bonus. That means that since taking up the role just over 2 years ago he’s received north of £1m! It’s no wonder your subs are going up… how else are they going to foot the bill for this and all the other 6 figure appointments they’ve made. Just wait until next year when they try to quietly sneak through an already agreed increase to the national boards additional responsibility payments (the payments made on top of their existing police salary). A question was asked at conference and the answer was that as this is already planned, it’s not linked to the subscription increase, so that makes it ok 👌 You are the cash cow that can’t say no! 11/ Meaning the upper-end targets should be achievable and that this is a picture that requires constant review. These are my numbers. They are not gospel and investors should make their own mind up on which parameters fit best. Hope that helps.

1/11 My investment window for #HARL is much longer than that and it all depends on what further contract awards land. But so long as their share of FSS numbers is in line with expectations then I see no reason why it shouldn't be trading north of 30p.
