40 years on from my first visit to Wretham Camp in 1981 as a cadet in Leicestershire and Northampton ACF, I visited LNR ACF as @CFChiefMSO for a catch up with the @LNRACF MSO, RSM, CEO and Comdt. Great to see a comprehensive medical support system in operation.

Last Tuesday I received a phone call to say I had been promoted from @LtColDavanna the happy hormones must have kicked in and instead of celebrating with a tipple I went in to labour and @MajAStringerACF and myself welcomed our daughter in to the big wide world!

I am back home in the motherland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 after a long drive from @RMASandhurst. It was really good to work with some old friends, and to make a few new ones at the ACF Conference. Also good to catch up with those I have seen for a while. Until the next time. 👍🏻
