My ledger got hacked. 😭😫 The worst thing about this is I always thought my setup was bulletproof and always took all precautionary measures Never stored my seed phase digitally, I never stored large amounts on exchanges, and I don’t even really trust hot wallets. I was paranoid about every possible way I could lose or be a victim of something like this. Over the past few days I’ve been playing around with my assets (due to the market volatility). On trumps tariff day I dusted off my ledger and started moving some stable coins around to buy the dip, everything was fine. I checked everything diligently on the ledger itself matching 1:1 of wallet transfer address etc.. I started getting the update for ledger popping up, I even clicked ‘x’ to close it down twice but it popped up again and wouldn’t let me proceed with another transaction so, in a rush I frustratingly clicked download new firmware. After the download I continued with my transaction and everything went through normally and I unplugged my ledger as if nothing was wrong. 3 days later (this morning) I connected my ledger to move exactly 12.64 BTC. I proceeded to confirm the transaction on ledger device, I skimmed the first few and last digits of the wallet I was transferring too and it matched, clicked confirm and send, unplugged and made coffee while knowing the BTC will be being transferred. I always input really high sats for gas fees so it comes typically in no more than 15 mins. After like 45 mins I was wondering why it hadn’t been delivered to my other wallet, still not concerned at this point just think the Bitcoin network is congested but went back and connected my ledger to check the transaction and potentially increase gas even higher (I’m impatient I’ll happily bump sats up where it costs me $50-$100 to do a 12 BTC transfer, idc I like speed so I can move on). Under transactions is said transaction confirmed. I instantly thought it had just been delivered so refreshed my other wallet still not there. At this point it clicked. I instantly thought back to that annoying firmware pop up. Panicked clicked into the transaction Looked at the wallet transfer address, and in the middle was 2 different digits. My heart sunk. Didn’t know what to do. (Nothing you can do fml).. But yeah, that update allowed them to spoof my transfer wallet address (almost a dead copy looked the same barring 2 digits in the middle. I don’t want no sympathy I just take this as another lesson. But just be aware that no matter how much security you think you have, you can still be a victim of this shit.

Imagine if a strong player is smart enough to accumulate at this range, push it, and get it listed on @binance spot. The short squeeze would be huge plus the liq from 714 would completely flow out to F3b (real community + good branding). Unfortunately, I'm not the one capable of doing that trade, but If a smart player/entity performs that they will not only make a lot of profit but impulse a real community + BNB and @BNBCHAIN . It's just math. An obvious trade for high liq whales. I'm leaving this here. Let's see what's next 🥦

Feedback for Binance: The #714 project was originally owned by a previous dev named Brownie (CA: 0xaa7cd678c8a2809c6dff1250a8). At one point dog’s name was $BROWNIE, but instead, they rugged the project—it went from $100M to just $1M (-99%) overnight. Because - Then, after CZ’s was going to do announcement about his dog name, then after announcement they rushed a bundle launch and heavily manipulated the chart. I sincerely request Binance’s technical team to review the data because as a community, we are losing. And you can check order book that cabal keep selling there supply!! I genuinely trust Binance and believe in its integrity, but we need real projects on the platform. If you check their website, you’ll find a fake dog adoption claim—I’m not sure what Binance verified, but at the very least, all critical data should be properly checked before giving projects a stamp of approval. @binance @cz_binance @_RichardTeng
