@JasonDillinger4 @baseballifer11 The @atlantabluejays practice the whole summer and play tournaments. My son picked up 5 mph on his fastball from when he got to Georgia to last tournament in Florida. They had 1 off day the whole summer. Awesome experience! So some do it but not very many

Note to travel “coaches” if you “ coach” a 16u team, that carry$ 27 athletes and you play 4 games over a weekend and ONE CATCHER catches all 4 games , and then you use the word “ development “ with your parents, you SIR are a loser and a POS! Keep telling people how great your program is!

I apologize in advice for my lack of a better way to word or articulate this question but…DEVELOPMENT is a word most commonly used when describing baseball coaching especially in players from 13-18. I’m genuinely curious how you’d define it and what that word means to you. Thx.
