For those who don't know me, here's an introduction. I'm Cole Turner, 21 y/o old KC born & raised. Recently graduated from KSU May '24. BD at my family company Turner Ceramic Tile building relationships in CRE/AEC. Aspiring ground up multifamily developer in KC. Follow Along!

I am doing my bachelor's trip in DFW around mid July. In need of a cool golf course for me and my boys to play. Anyone have recommendations or a private course we could get onto?

What should I know about the HUD 221(d)(4) loan? Ground up new construction project. ~144 units.

The Guild - Kansas City A speakeasy themed coffee bar that I have thought about for a while. Maybe this has already been done but I’m not aware of it. Who wants to bring this to life with me?

@ColeTurnerKC 1. The Guild exists here in KC (event venue) 2. Cost to build the space don’t make sense with ~$15/ head for a coffee shop, even with the vibe 3. Rent for the building would destroy all revenue 4. Yes, it would be badass. Unfortunately, it doesn’t exist bc of math.
