@ZynxBTC @ColeMacro Genuine question as a shareholder: regarding the 241k shares of ASST, were those shares held by strive? Or newly issued shares?

Just to add some colour to this... The SEC filing shows that Strive sold 241,000 of $ASST shares and 386,342 of $SATA via the ATM. Cash position also increased by $7.4 million to $97.9 million. I truly believe this is the best American small-cap opportunity you'll ever get.

@ColeMacro Have to add…this is outperforming real estate investment income by a mile considering how much risk is mitigated, as well as operating costs. Insurance, taxes, maintenance, repair, and natural disaster risk. It’s just a no-brainer.

What the actual **** is happening with $SATA? TODAY is the ex-dividend date yet it's trading back to par. This isn't supposed to be happening. Bitcoin is going to $1 million confirmed.

You have to be an idiot to short into this - this is an institutional buy wall. These two start buying Bitcoin at $100 and dont stop.

@RichardByworth With any investment or financing decision, there are legitimate risk & return and cost of capital considerations. But believing Strategy used to be able to borrow at 0% and now must borrow at double digits only shows a lack of understanding of both finance & capital markets.

@ColeMacro People who say that door is shut for 0% converts have zero understanding of financial markets. The bitcoin treasury industry’s critics are extremely low quality.

Digital Credit > 0% Converts Yesterday inaccurate claims were made that Digital Credit issuers like Strategy & Strive could no longer finance Bitcoin buys through 0% converts had to move to Digital Credit at a higher cost of capital. I discuss at 13:27 why this is false. Enjoy!

Most people still don’t understand digital credit. But that’s about to change. ⚠️ We sat down with @ColeMacro from @strive to break down why $BTC-backed credit, like $SATA, could become a trillion-dollar market and reshape global finance.
