@IncomeTaxIndia The challan was not available to me on the last date because the income tax page expired and I couldn't retrieve the challan and the next day when I added challan details I was asked to pay penalty when actually the page didn't work on 16th Sept after paying the tax

@IncomeTaxIndia @Darshil_Choksi @IncomeTaxIndiaI had the same issue. money deducted from the bank on 16th sept.the screen showed eror and when I logged back in, i was asked to pay again. Tried searching for my challan through CIN but couldn't.Next day I was asked to pay a fine of 5000.

@SwiggyInstamart there is something grossly wrong with deliveries.This is the second time in past 10 days that I have received wrong items from my original order. It's frustrating the wait time has increased and further frustrating when you don't receive the items ordered

And i get a top load washing machine and i had to talk to the help several times to get them to pick it up
