ORACLE Rumblings: Oracle is rolling out mandatory weekly 1-on-1s across dev teams. Mid-tier managers are getting sudden 15-minute “catch up” invites. Employee Relations and performance language is ramping. "What Great Looks Like" - (yes, I've seen the chart.) EVP message: You must all learn AI "on your own time" - or be left behind. "We are an AI company." Sounds to me that they are standardizing performance reviews, and strengthening Employee Relations oversight... Oh my.
