Check out Colin Chou’s velo progression! In the first clip Colin was a young athlete throwing 65 MPH. This week he hit 94.9 MPH in house! Colin worked a very specific plan over the course of that time. He of course needed time to physically mature, but also needed to work on a lot of different athletic movements. What do you notice from his old videos to now?

At 12 years old @ColinChou8 came to the ARMory for a weekend bootcamp throwing 63mph with elbow pain. Over the next 6 years, he dillegently worked his plan - through all the ups, downs and everything in between. Now at 18, Colin did this ⬇️
