@TheExiledRobin Sensitive times, and a certain amount of protocol (lying in state, foreign dignitaries flying in etc) plus big crowds mainly in London are tempting targets for mischief makers, protestor, even terrorism.

@ColinExpress There are no absolutes here. It depends on the relative merits of each team and what has occurred in recent matches. Every single match this summer has been won by the team bowling first. 11 of last 19, with 4 lost. Conditions imp too.
