@totalwireless 7 fucking weeks for a simple port transfer and this complete incompent fuck up of a company charged me for 2 months service I didn't have and now wont refund my money even though I have proof. legal case...I'm fucking going to sue if not resolved....wtf

@Zipcar Called 10 times this week and not one person has gotten back to me with an answer or a reason for this....absolutely disgraceful disgusting bullying of a customer versus corporation
@Zipcar Trying to charge me four late fees and a tow charge like close to $800 fees and they won't admit that if their system had worked properly ans effectively this would not have happened
Every single agent writes or says the exact same thing. You may want to try actual customer service and not something someone scripted in your corporate offices .....
Oh I don't need an agent spent 9 hours with your script reading so called customer service agents this week before being rudely hung up on twice this morning
