@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with sky broadband as my parents internet keeps dropping off?

@WilliamHill I want to let yous know I think your live chat teams customer service is an absolute abomination. You talk to a bot then get out through to a human to then have them cut the chat off with no answers or explanations.

@paddypower I can’t get logged into my account and can’t use live chat to get this sorted.

@WilliamHill absolutely shocking customer service. Everytime I want to speak to a supervisor on live chat I am put through then the chat is ended right away with our an explanation or anything. I would have thought a company like yourself would have better customer service

@WillHillHelp can someone explain why this is all wrong couldn’t even try to cash out and I feel like I lost out on a cash out cause it wouldn’t update and still showing as the same after the game.

@SkyBetHelp been playing the daily shootout since start of woman’s World Cup and ever day I have hit a different corner and went a different way each time and it always misses. Yet my dad has won just about every day. Can some explain this!!!
