disabled 88yr old what did your ignorant driver want her to do. That service is disgusting at best of times but if your drivers are not prepared to stop at a designated bus stop you should hold your heads in shame.

It parked way back from designated from bus stop and opened doors the shut doors and proceeded forward but when my wife put out her hand for bus to stop she was greeted by a gesture which meant people should have got on earlier and refused to stop. Disgusting the queue included a

Regarding you No1 service, or should I say the poor service. Today my wife left her job at Colchester Academy to get transport home to Shrub end and as usual lets all wait and freeze. Decided to get the S5 to the bus station to wait for either No1 or No75, No1 came eventually.
