St. Charles City St. Patrick's Day Parade has become one of the largest in the region with over 70 floats and a packed route. So proud of our city tourism and event staff for all their hard work. Shout-out to my friend Councilman Brian Gould for inviting me to walk with him.

Today, Convoy of Hope's food drop took place in St. Charles, MO. Due to ongoing federal shutdown, food banks have realized a 30% to 80% increase in demand. Thanks to a partnership with Convoy and Mississippi River Cities & Towns Initiative, St. Charles secured a needed resupply.

Last night, I presented to St. Charles City Council on efforts to restock our community's food banks. Proud working with city manager, comms dir, & CDBG manager to secure a tractor trailer of food thanks to the Mississippi River Cities & Towns Initiative & Convoy of Hope.

Been working much of the week to accumulate supply for the food banks that service St. Charles City. Special thanks to the city's CDBG team for their help. Looking to bring in as much as possible from delivery partners to restock. Local food banks reporting uptick in demand.

Today, the St. Charles City Council unanimously voted in support of a 1-year moratorium on data centers. This is a step I fully support and congratulate council members Justin Foust, Denise Mitchell, Michael Galba, and Vince Ratchford for calling for the special session.

Special thanks to the Missouri Film Office, Film in MO, and HB for taking Legislators to a film location today in St. Louis. So exciting to see this industry take root in MO. This is why I introduced HB 1499 to improve our film tax credit program.

Tonight at the St. Charles City Council mtg I publicly declared my opposition to the St. Charles data center in its current form. A clandestine process made support impossible. Further, I committed to work with city leaders & our governor to achieve water security for our city.

Was emboldened to see so many people come out to the data center town gathering on Thursday night. Over 500 St. Charles residents care about their water security and infrastructure. Empowering to witness how much people care about our city, our home.

Congratulations to Mayor Smiley of Clarksville, MO who unveiled a new removable floodwall allowing Clarksville to remain next to the world's most important working River, the Mississippi. Honored to join Gov. Kehoe, Rep. Perkins, Senators O'Laughlin & Fitzwater, and Col. Pannier.

It was an honor to present a resolution recognizing France's contribution to Missouri as an export partner on Bastille Day. Special thanks to Consul General Yannick Tagand for all his work and partnership.

Today at the Missouri Soybean Association, Governor Kehoe signed SB 82, Missouri's water security bill which prohibits the mass exporting of water out of our state. I was proud to co-sponsor SB 82 and help Senator Berger move it through the General Assembly.

Truly an honor to join the Mayor of St. Charles City and Congressman Onder for the 4th of July parade. This year, once again, got to be part of the Honor Guard.

Surveyed the tornado damage in St. Louis today and coordinated with my fellow House Reps Del Taylor and Tricia Byrnes on relief efforts. The damage is considerable.

Inspiring being with the Justices of the Missouri Supreme Court which is now majority composed of women. The Chief Justice was a tremendous host.
