no lie detected here despite my dislike for the chud guy. For all we know this could have been negligence (he managed to shoot himself too), or maybe with a hot shot lawyer he'd get off. But he put himself in a very stupid situation and his online persona don't help.

They are stacking charges on this guy because the government doesn't like his race or his first amendment protected activity. If he can find a lawyer who will take his case seriously, there are infinite cases that can be pointed to that prove this is selective prosecution.
