@united There’s no confusion. I should t have to go all the way into the airport in order to find out if I’ve been moved or not. If you are asking for volunteers then you should change seats well ahead before passengers have to make it into the airport.

Pretty frustrated with @united I was given option to volunteer for later flight and confirmed it on my app. I called United and they said I won’t know if I’m getting on flight until I arrive at airport. How does this make any sense if I go to the airport, get the later flight —
