This makes 0 sense! How do you not include kids who fit the standards of the rule? This senior class had to deal with 24 year old COVID kids as freahman, guys getting 6 and 7 years of eligibility and now they aren't allow their 5th year. Just horrible!

Looks like if the new age based NCAA eligibility rule is implemented (which would allow for five seasons of DI competition), it won’t grandfather in athletes who exhausted their eligibility this year.

If they are to pass the 5-for-5, they need to do it ASAP as we are in an active recruiting cycle and we just need to know the rules of engagement. Do it now or don’t do it at all to give us clarification.

The NCAA is giving "serious consideration" to a five-year age-based eligibility concept, per @RossDellenger Division I Cabinet members will meet today to discuss further.

My legislative waiver request to enter the transfer portal was submitted to the NCAA last week, and I am currently awaiting their decision.
