@PSP_Greg It doesn’t go bad, but it does change over time. The fruit flavors from that particular can will have diminished quite a bit by now. Our bottles meads are more appropriate for extended aging.

@ColonyMeadery does Mead go bad? There is a six pack of Joel EmMead that were split up among the group, which we planned to drink when (not if) we won the NBA title. Is it still cool to drink? What about a year or two from now? Thanks.
