Yum China is acquiring Pizza Hut China business for $1.2 billion from parent company I see less and less Pizza Hut restaurants around China but i'm sure the people at Yum will find a way to turn around what i think is a declining business

@il43868284 @agraybee They fucked up their economy by overbuilding so much in the 2010’s. These building are already decaying, and they don’t have ability to maintain it. Add to this the aging of their agricultural workforce especially, and there are major problems coming. Better focus on themselves

@nina27mdzs Mandarin is spoken by almost all people, and the variety of accents is probably similar to what you find in the english speaking world (lots of different accents, some difficult to understand.) local dialects are not mutually intelligible.
