Fun fact: a new study found that 70% of American fourth graders aren’t proficient in reading and 73% of American 8th graders aren’t proficient in math. Maybe pushing kids through grade to grade regardless of mastery isn’t working.

I am not a Trump fan. But it is absolutely crazy that any news organization would flat out refuse to air a speech by the elected President of the United States. Who are they to decide what people can and can’t hear from their ELECTED PRESIDENT?!

The beauty of America is that we are free to openly criticize and challenge our government leaders. All of them, including the president. That is a completely different issue from the liberal elites trying to control and sabotage a president that the majority of the country voted for because they big mad.

I’m not even understanding what your outrage at me is over? Let me slow it down for you one last time. 1. Adult Americans shouldn’t need to be parented over what they can and can’t be exposed to. The media is there to inform us on what is happening in our world not to control and determine what information we, as grown adults, are allowed to know. 2. ANY leader of our country should not be censored because you disagree or don’t like that they are the elected president. 3. I am consistent in these positions regardless of who is president because I’m an adult. 4. Grow up. Stop wanting other people to be your mommy and daddy so you don’t have to think for yourself.

The World Cup halftime show was awesome. Nothing too fancy. Just some big names in music, brief, but captivating performances, and it didn't drag on and on as many (including myself) feared it might. For the record, I thought that this was 100x better than the Superbowl HT show.
