JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed.
The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle.
"After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," said the Brentwood Police Department.
"Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense."
"Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges."
The case has been closed.

🚨 BREAKING: The Supreme Court appears ready to **overturn** laws in up to **29 states** that allow mail-in ballots to be counted **days after Election Day**.
This would be a **massive win for election integrity**.
Justice Alito nailed it:

**Election Day should mean Election Day.**
Every other major country counts their votes on the actual day. When we drag it out for days or weeks, opportunities for cheating and last-minute “found” votes multiply. We must protect the integrity of the vote and ensure results are known promptly—not manipulated after the fact.
No more waiting around for ballots to “miraculously” appear. One day. One election. Secure, fair, and final.
This ruling could make it a lot harder to manufacture outcomes after polls close. America deserves better. 🇺🇸

People keep asking why we still need to verify legal status to vote when we could just pass photo ID.
This is important, so let me walk you through it.
Democrats blocked a “not for voting” indicator on the bill signed by Tim Walz that gave driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.
Then Democrats passed automatic voter registration tied to drivers licenses.
They’ve also admitted those same licenses can be used to vote without a challenge at the polls.
Minnesota has no provisional balloting. Once an illegal vote is cast, you can’t take it back.
Not a fluke. It’s by design.
Photo ID alone doesn’t solve the problem. There are many purple and blue states Republicans could flip if we simply cleaned this up.
Pass the SAVE America Act.

NEW: The LAPD is setting up drivers by having someone walk across the street in an "unmarked crosswalk" so they can then give tickets to people who don't stop.
"Recently, LAPD Van Nuys division conducted a Pedestrian Enforcement Taskforce," they shared online.
