Threw a bullpen tonight, still around 80-85%. All pitches are on display, those being: FB, CB, CH. All in that order. Also video from both windup and stretch is each. Still preparing for JCCC, Can’t wait to be out there! #onepercentbetter

Some swings from earlier this week. I am attending the JCCC showcase Jan 24. Super excited to compete and show what I can do!

The core+elbows+back loading hands, launch position has good tension, no wasted movement or push into the turn. Barrel consistently overhead in repeatable spot, back elbow+back oblique pinch in sequence with back hip+back knee rotating to ⚾️. Good connection throughout mixes well with the frame, twitch, and athleticism to maximize explosiveness in efficient window.

12/30 Finally able to get in the cages after the Holiday Hoops Tournament this weekend. Was also able to get some throwing in.(not shown) Still ramping up for season but super excited to be able to throw flat grounds next week! Here are some swings from tonight 👇

12/25 Some swings on Christmas Day with the new wood bat. Also was able to do some long toss, still ramping up for this season. We play tomorrow at Rolla in the Holiday Hoops tournament super excited to get back out on the court! #HappyHolidays #findaway @JGoetzBaseball

12/20 Unfortunately we didn’t take home the win last night, but was able to get up and get some work in. Moved 365 for 3 at .4 consistently twice. Then went to the field and played some ramp up catch and took a few swings. Excited to keep working over break. #findaway
