‘29 CF/RHP @AustinToko🔒16U WF Toronto Blue Jays Scout Team Dynamic switch hitter who adjusts body, path to all pitch types/locations with rare quickness & barrel accuracy. Smooth, slow pace throughout move allows for precise timing of pitch release and contact points. Ideal balance+posture are good habits leading to textbook lower half direction. This direction allows his hand path to travel on linear, direct plane keeping barrel in zone longer. Good situational hitter who shows discipline to hit ball where pitched, and IQ to solve pitchers plan. Instinctive defender w/ good anticipation and arm currently near plus. Sits 86-87 (90 PR) on bump. Highest priority follow. Video 🎥 cred @PG_Scouting

#Uncommitted ‘28 SS/C/CF/RHP @maddenpike223 16U TOR Blue Jays ➡️ 17U TOR Blue Jays Only player in the class with plus or better glove potential at 3 premium positions (SS, C, CF). Uses elite lateral quickness, agility, body balance to quickly square up and establish throwing lane from SS & C. Combining 6.7 speed with⚡️quick exchange/transfer and current 6 arm (T92 on bump), he jumps out in every defensive category. Throws accurately from all angles at SS, already regular plus MLB pop times (1.88-1.90) in game flashing top of scale.

‘29 RHP @matsuo_kaz29793🔒16U WF Toronto Blue Jays Scout Team With a pro ready delivery and arm action at 16, it’s the best arm in class you’ve never heard of. Standout metrics & visual throughout repertoire that point to future plus FB life, and a future plus OVR SL. Rare to see arm this age with consistent shapes on 3rd & 4th pitch, but he does. Northeast 💎 via Japan 🇯🇵 FB 85-87 T88.6 (16-20 IVB, 17-20 HZB 🤯) SL 77-78 sweep, depth. Tight shape CB 71-73 (-14 to -17 HZB) CH 78-80 (15-17 HZB), late depth Delivery traits (90% efficient delivery at 16) •Ideal timing of hand break, separation, and space created. •Coil breaks hands •Lift knee stays compact & controlled thru up+down+out phases •AA works down backside w/ proper depth, ultra clean elbow lift+flip up+spiral •Slow squat into rear hammy+glute down slope •Good roll to inside of back foot in down phase creates proper knee angle for proper direction in block/clearance •Regains posture well post hand break, consistent. - Front arm lever work will properly sequence upper half so that there is no lag in external phase of throw. Should be 2-4 mph jump. In this adjustment alone.

#Uncommitted ‘28 C/1B @hankdrew10 16U WF Blue Jays ➡️ 17U WF Blue Jays Personal favorite AB of 2026 - FB away, take strike 90 mph (0-1) - FB out, take ball 89 mph (1-1) - FB out, take ball 89 mph (2-1) - FB away, foul 99 mph (2-2) - SL back foot, take ball 80 mph (3-2) - FB in, take ball 91 (BB) - COUNT RESET - FB away, 90 mph foul (0-1) - CH away, 81 mph 💣 (HR) Approach •Sit FB react to offspeed •Sit outer half react inside •Hit ball hard •Catches CH well in front of plate at its highest height (before the depth) Pure hitter mechanical traits to observe •Exceptional body control, quiet head mvmt •Hips control lower half, weight •Minimal, repeatable negative move easy to time w/ pitch release (weight inside back foot) •Identical trigger into launch - shoulder tap, lines up barrel just outside shoulder, barrel tip •Only strides as far as he can w/o losing back leg+knee bend •Soft landing on front foot •Left center swing direction at toe touch •Elbows bent thru contact Bat speed & bat strength! As I’ve been saying since summer 2025, this is a future Day 1 Draft pick and MLB All-Star (Comp - Brian McCann).

‘29 CF/LHP @LUKASKLIPPER7 15U Natty ➡️ 16U Toronto Blue Jays Scout Team 🇨🇦 6’0, 165. With an ultra smooth sequence, gradual build of pace, and arm path working as one w/ largest throwing muscles he’s the definition of ease of operation+connection. Metrically, visually rare FB in 2.3-2.4k range with eye popping IVB #’s. Combining its late, sudden tail brings whiffs+swords+freezes on a regular basis. CB and CH shapes continue to improve. As he physically matures, this is without a doubt a mid 90’s arm by spring ‘29. FB 86-87 T88 🦄 (PR 89 per PG) CB 72-75 feel to bury & backdoor CH 75-76 fade, depth Mechanical ✅’s •Rhythm between hands & lift knee •Posture (chest over balls of feet) •Hand break timing •Full circle AA creates loose momentum w/ drop out of glove, not pull. Textbook elbow lift, flip up, spiral. •Coil & hip hinge connect arm path to largest leg muscles & core on backside •Natural roll to inside of back foot in down phase creates knee angle thru target •Stacks upper half at bottom of down phase •Clean up+down+out phases w/ knee lead to good direction

‘30 RHP/1B @khydover🔒15U Blue Jays Scout Team 6’3 175 of pure funk, deception, and exceptional pitch life. Arm action works naturally @ pace of stride, brings advanced timing & strikes throughout arsenal. SNK/SL combo show more than a plates 🍽️ worth of HZB in opposite directions. Very good rhythm, balance, and sequencing for broad shouldered+long levered frame. FB 82-85 T86 run+sink (16-17 HZB SL 69-72 🥏🥏🥏 (-19 to -22 HZB, T2.3k CH 75-77 fade, depth (15-16 HZB) Offensively he’s a low risk, high ceiling bat with consistent RC approach & inside-out path. Footwork, instincts, hands are advanced at 1B.
