i am currently sick with covid. i mask. i cant work. masks work but they work better the more people mask. being the single masker in the room can only do so much. kept me free of testing covid or flu positive for 17 months though and that also counts

i was just texting with someone on whatsapp whose family member is extremely sick in the hospital in a developing nation. they said they & the entire family are masking in order to protect the patient. i feel overwhelmed that in 2026, people can just … do the right thing 👏 😷❤️
