@airserbia @AeroNikolaTesla 73 days since you lost my luggage. You have not paid me - the claim for reimbursment of essentials I had to buy - the claim for compensation for my luggage Both are legally owed me due to the Montreal Convention Pay. I will take legal action soon.

@airserbia it's been 43 days since I filed a reimbursment claim for the essentials I needed to buy after you lost my luggage (which has still not been found). Please pay me the money you legally owe me. Unacceptable treatment.

@ComeBackBacpack @airserbia We have received only one bag after 11 days then there is no response from them on the 2nd bag. They told us once that they sent it to Orly Paris airport and we went there found nothing. Now, no response or compensation. What about you?

@ComeBackBacpack @AeroNikolaTesla Must be thousands of bags stuck at @AeroNikolaTesla but can’t understand why delay is so so long or no replies/ info. Should be on next flight or at worst day or two, not month 🤯 I can see my bag moves a bit every day via AirTag, so I guess they are very slowing processing 🤞

@airserbia @AeroNikolaTesla My girlfriend's bagage has been in transit at Belgrado airport for 11 days NOW!! I can see on the AirTag that is hasnt moved an inch. When is it delivered to our home address? I've called numerous times while no one is picking up. It's beyond pathetic!

@airserbia never and never use @airserbia , they have lost my baggage it has been 1 week now and they give 0 information. Even their call center doesnt help me even i can not do claim by their site as it gives always an error !!! A disaster of disaster.
