Off to the Vet tomorrow, not eating and bad guts has been going on for most of the week now. Neville has not even been eating chicken and rice or taking treats.

Apparently panting like I’ve just done six laps of the track after a very short walk (cut short by me as I didn’t want to go out) is not the done thing. “ENOUGH BERTIE, SHUT THE FUCK UP.”

Well not much of a walk today. @FFSBertie decided 5 minutes from the front door that he'd gone far enough, dug his claws in and turned round. Awkward bugger.

Apparently all this “working from home” is cementing the idea that I truly am an absolute “fucking arsehole”. 🙁

@Jess_and_Poppy Torch boy says that you can read up about the technique and try to express them yourself externally or wait for the Vet to do them internally.

Serious question. Mum says my butt smells like a dead fish market and thinks it’s my anal glands. Anyone know how to deal with them at home as vets say it’s a non emergency?

Pater (yes that really is him) is modelling the easy to do Corona cut for when your self isolation partner asks you for a quick trim.

Off out for today's walk, experimenting with different times in these strange circumstances, hopefully it'll be quieter now and we can have a solitary zoom on the field.

Where are all these new dogs coming from on our walks? Is anyone else seeing so many unfamiliar owners and hounds on their walks. All these poor hounds must be like Terry Waite coming blinking into daylight after being locked up indoors for years.

@BigBearF1 @sallylouwill Maybe we could have a not sell the NHS off to the private sector day so the money that is paid to the NHS stays in patient care and not lost to health care in company shareholder's dividends.

I think next year instead of red nose day we should have an #NHS day and see how much we can raise to put back in to the service that works tirelessly to look after us all. 💂🏻‍♀️👋🏻🇬🇧🍻💚

@Dustygreyhound @ComeOutNeville Its the Lycra clad arseholes on bikes annoying us cycling two abreast on the paths running through the park seem to think they don’t have to give you any room! The roads are quiet why have they all decided to cycle round our park all of a sudden😤

We know the locals and those who drive their dogs in for a walk, but there's so many new faces, it's frustrating in one way cos we have to stay on lead more till we know them, but I hope they don't go back to being locked up when this is over. They deserve walks full time.

Pater works shifts and weekends so we don't have a set routine & have got to know all the different times and walks people use, we know the chilled dogs and aggro dogs and the lady who walks her cat with a golf club to keep it in line....
