This is sad for a 22 year old to be experiencing what seems to be real loneliness. Everyone on her team needs to step back and figure out how to change the narrative with her. They miscalculated her transition to the WNBA at every turn. Leaned into the savior role without realizing the human element of existing in a space where everyone around her was a target for her fanbase. They allowed this to happen, now there’s a real cost being paid by CC.
