I like Comfort fabric conditioner, but disappointed to see, and like many companies atm, this ‘new look’ is a way of making products smaller, but prices aren’t smaller @ComfortUK

Hi @ComfortUK I just bought this bottle & have been able to add 5 capfuls from my old one to the bottle & its still not full. You’ve added another layer of plastic to a plastic bottle in order to not fill them up. #BitCheeky #TimeForMethodMaybe

@ComfortUK have you by any chance changed what goes into the Strawberry & Lily fabric softener? My freshly washed load used to smell amazing for days, even after being out on the line but now it just smells of damp washing when I take it out of the machine....what’s happened?!
