Tried moving back to @O2 from Sky. Two solid days of trying to activate a rolling plan to no avail, now unreachable unless I’m at home on WiFi, hardly ideal. Can anyone recommend another network provider as it seems @O2 don’t want my business?

Quick question: what is the point of the @asda rewards app now? No missions, no milestones which was what made it different. No “Clubcard prices”. I scan it every time I shop and, honestly, I and my 74p balance have no idea why at this point 🫠

@FedExHelp No point, it’s now on its way back to the sender who is equally appalled at the service. By the time it gets back it will have covered approx 1600 miles meanwhile I have customers cancelling orders for items inside it. Thanks very much.

I don’t want to see anything about reducing the carbon footprint of my deliveries when @FedEx have traipsed my parcel an additional 700 miles rather than just deliver the damn thing. I could have walked to pick it up in Liverpool & back in less time than they’ve taken to deliver.

Can anyone at @UPS_UK explain how a driver managed to make a second delivery attempt before a first? And also, how the heck do I amend delivery details/redirect to a neighbour? No card left & can’t find how to do it on UPS website.

Ordered roll-on deodorants from @superdrug they sent aerosols. Now I’m unable to return for a refund as they’ve sent me an Evri return label & aerosols are a “prohibited item” Oh & my nearest store is a 2hr round trip by bus as my old car can’t go in the LEZ where the store is 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why can’t companies just send the right products? Wrong items in my @superdrug order again so now I’ve got to faff about going to the post office to return, wait on a refund & then re-order & pay for postage as the replacement items are under the threshold for free delivery.

@coopuk must be the only loyalty card that penalises you for being *too* loyal! Got pulled up the other day for using my card too many times in one day 😂😂😂

@PostOffice Surely the person running this PO branch has some responsibility with regards to maintaining opening hours? This is happening all the time. This is our only PO and also our only access to banking services in a town of 6000+ inc a largely elderly population. It’s not good enough.

Kirriemuir PO closed AGAIN but apparently open?! Can @PostOffice please provide an email address or phone number that I can pass onto my (justifiably) irate customers whose @RoyalMail items are going to arrive late as I now have to travel to another town to send?

Actually @HastingsDirect how do I go about cancelling my policy with you? This kind of scenario doesn’t fill me with hope should I ever be unfortunate enough to have to claim so feel it’s best if I take my business to a company I can actually have faith in. Thank you.
