I don't think every decision the Jedi made was correct but I think it's slightly unfair to say that they have no spine of their own when every movie shows the Jedi pushing themselves to the brink to save as many people as possible whilst everyone else sits on their asses...

i'm not a jedi hater, but they were 100% puppets for the senate. had no spines of their own, at least the council. they played it way too safe. whether during the high republic, the prequels or the originals

@D4hz4hn I don't think Raimi fans are like Snyder fans but there was a vocal sunset who went after you if you slightly disliked anything about those movies or preferred another adaptation or even the comics themselves

This is forever controversial but IMO Spider-Man should have organic web-shooters. It's always seemed silly to me that his backstory is that a spider bit him and gave him Spider-Powers™
... except for his most famous spider-power, which he made in a lab. For branding, you know.

@matpolloy TCW Anakin doesn't feel like movie Anakin at all. People try to say that TCW Anakin is the same as ROTS opening Anakin who's more stable and confident but even then they feel too different to me

100% honest, TCW doesn’t fix the movies bc Anakin is fundamentally a different character and the clones have depth that disappears once RotS starts.
That’s not to discredit TCW, it introduces a lot of really interesting political, military and mystical stories.

@zweiwalker89607 Gosh the third act of that movie is frustrating. Why do the Jedi need the clones to bail them out of the arena fight? Wouldn’t it be more powerful to have them working together super effectively and that makes their downfall more sad
